Position Overview
This position will be responsible for deploying operating system, managing and maintaining 240 student laptops in CMHT. Also, responsible for testing windows updates before being deployed into student laptops. Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues for 240 student laptops.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in related field and three years of related computing work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Prior experience with specific systems, equipment and software may be specified as needed by department. Knowledge of principles of computing and communications networks, and characteristics of computing hardware and software used in distributed environment. Ability to operate computer keyboards and to install computer hardware. Ability to assimilate, retain and utilize technical and applicationsoriented information.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will possess the following additional qualifications: Experience building SCCM packages, collections and deploying software. Strong Knowledge and experience with application and package preparation and deployment using SCCM, JAMF or Group Policy. Knowledge and experience creating and deploying Windows system images using SCCM (or OSD, etc.) Knowledge and experience with Windows Server operating systems. Practical experience with scripting and automation techniques on Windows and/or Mac OS X (Linux) platforms. Considerable experience developing both technical and enduser support documentation. Experience with PowerShell queries. Experience with Dell Management Tools.

Job Duties
- Building SCCM packages, collections and deploying softwares.
- Managing windows update server and testing security updates before deploying to laptops
- Serve on UNT SCCM committee for CMHT IT Services
- Learning and testing new deployment and management methods for easy management of laptops
- Troubleshoot day to day issues on laptops both hardware and software
