Position Overview
Reporting to the Assistant Athletics Director of Development, this position will lead the day-to-day internal operations of the annual fund. The roles primary focuses will be managing all Mean Green Scholarship Fund special events, coordinating game day hospitality for Football and Basketball and overseeing all MGSF donor stewardship initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in in related field and three years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.

Job Duties
- Manages day-to-day gift processing of all gifts into Paciolan, run reports, along with working closely with Advancement office regarding gift tracking and reconciliation in Raisers Edge.
- Assist with annual fund themed solicitations, email communications and assure accuracy of gift tracking in Paciolan.
- Oversee stewardship initiatives of MGSF including acknowledgement and recognition for major and annual giving benefits.
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors, alumni, faculty, staff and friends of UNT to grow the Mean Green scholarship annual fund.
- Direct and manage all aspects of special events and game day hospitality areas for Football, Men's and Women's Basketball.
- Hire and direct a team of workers to manage 23 suites for all events at Apogee Stadium.
- Other duties as assigned.
