Position Overview
This role serves as the primary technical lead for the Navigate360 platform, which is used for scheduling and tracking appointments with direct student support service roles (i.e. academic advising, career services, tutoring, etc.). This role ensures that the platform is operational and trains & supports users.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Required License/Registration/Certifications
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with the Director of Student Initiatives and Assessment, UNT Enterprise Systems, and EAB Partner Support, to develop and maintain user activation coding within EIS and Navigate360.
- Contribute to the development and planning of implementation strategies by serving as a member of the Navigate360 cooperative team.
- Serve as primary contact for the granting and removal of user roles and permissions.
- Assist campus partners with their departmental configurations in Navigate360, both initial setup and ongoing modifications to support departmental needs.
- Respond to platform issue reports and enhancement requests, and to work with partners to find solutions to these reports/requests.
- Attend EAB sessions that focus on technical usage and platform development of Navigate360.
- Organizing and providing onboarding new users and training for all users.
