Department Summary

Enrollment Systems supports key areas in the Division of Enrollment by developing and managing CRM solutions, improving digital platforms, employing data analytics to guide decisions throughout the student lifecycle, and maintaining technologies that strengthen service delivery.

Position Overview

The Application Support Analyst supports Salesforce operations for the Division of Enrollment by analyzing data and business processes, partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into Salesforce configurations and procedures, and providing day to day administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, secure, and user centered system performance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of work experience in computing, information systems, or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and data governance. Strong ability to analyze business processes and data to identify needs and improvements. Skill in configuring Salesforce features such as objects, fields, flows, validation rules, security settings, reports, and dashboards. Ability to troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and implement practical solutions with care for system stability and user impact. Clear communication skills for translating technical details to non-technical audiences, along with the ability to document procedures and support materials. Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organization, and a collaborative approach to supporting divisional goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Review and analyze administrative business processes and needs for efficiency, simplification, and automation. 
  • Provide analysis, propose technical solutions, and complete assigned projects in a timely manner. 
  • Support business processes and communications pertaining to recruitment and student data. 
  • Provide reporting against CRM data and serve as a resource for user self service reporting. 
  • Support platform configurations, patches and upgrades. 
  • Provide first line support for user issues 
  • Support end users requests on email communications. Assist with template setups, campaigns, and reports related to email sends. 
  • Develop technical documentations on key areas to support business processes. Ensure that current documentations are maintained or updated as needed. Develop and conduct training sessions. 
  • Execute security models to meet needs of institution.
