Position Overview
The Concessions Program with North Texas Athletics is looking for hard-working individuals to serve as Concessions Team Supervisors: a critical piece of our operation. The position will provide leadership and guidance to concessions team members and operations.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong communications and Leadership skills
Basic Math Skills
Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and concessions booth team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Required License/Registration/Certifications
Job Duties:
- Fiscal accountability. Accurately account for concession booth cash and inventory.
- Work in fast paced environment, providing leadership and exceptional customer service.
- Lead general Concessions Operations, including preparing and operating inside of a Concession Stand during events.
- Work as a cashier during events.
- Provide In-Seat Guest Services.
- Assist with concession booth set-up and closure, including general stocking, cleaning and other prep in advance of various events.
Physical Requirements:
Communicating with others to exchange information.
Lifting and moving objects up to 100 pounds or more.
Environmental Hazards:
Low temperatures.
Noisy environments.
Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
Elevated temperatures.
Noisy environments.
Work Schedule:
Weekends and evenings are required.
