Position Overview
This position manages the scholarship processing for the entire Ryan College of Business, including department-specific and general college scholarships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Manages relationships with the Student Financial Aid Office. Sets up new scholarships in the Eagle Scholarship Portal. Advertises scholarships to students. Manages scholarship selection process, including ensuring compliance with MOUs, donor agreements, and UNT policy. Processes scholarship awards. Manages scholarship information requests.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and one year of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exceptional customer service skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of accounting/budgeting procedures. Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, to handle multiple tasks, and to coordinate the work of others. Ability to keep complex records, to assemble and organize data of complexnature, and to prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats. Ability to conceptualize, plan and organize multiple programs and assignments effectively. Ability to work on complex and confidential tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness. Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships. Knowledge of policies, practices, procedures and terminology of assigned function. Supervisory skills.

Job Duties
- Manages relationships with Student Financial Aid Office.
- Sets up new scholarships in the Eagle Scholarship Portal.
- Advertises scholarships to students. Updates RCOB website with links to new opportunities. Monitors number of applicants. Updates departments as necessary.
- Manages scholarship selection process, including ensuring compliance with MOUs, donor agreements, and UNT policy. Downloads and organizes applicant data. Schedules and manages scholarship committee meetings.
- Processes scholarship awards. Documents acceptances from students. Submits awards and waivers to Student Financial Aid Office.
- Manages scholarship information requests. Communicates effectively with students and departments.
