The Registrar's Office provides support services to students, faculty, staff and other constituents in the areas of academic advising support programs, course scheduling, enrollment, degree verification, transfer articulation, test credit, athletic certification and maintenance of student academic records, as well as handles state and federal reporting. Position Overview
The Senior Registrar Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations, processing, and customer service of the registration and records area.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and three year of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Skill in the use of standard office equipment and software.
- Ability to effectively use computer and information technology.
- Skill in using computer applications including word processing software or ability to quickly assimilate.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing high quality customer service.
- Skill in telephone etiquette and courteous communication with public, verbally and in writing, evaluating information and address identified issues.
- Ability to work in a collaborative results-oriented environment.
- Ability to consistently exercise initiative, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Knowledge of standard office policies and procedure's ability to quickly assimilate.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a Registrar's Office, student records, or student affairs.
Job Duties:
- Provides training to faculty and staff in addition to creating and maintaining processing documentation and other training/reference materials.
- Supervise Registrar Specialists in the Records and Registration area.
- Completes all required training as assigned.
- Coordinate daily processing for Registration and Records including inquiries via Salesforce, workflow, and front counter requests. Manage customer service of the area including phone, virtual appointments, email inbox, front counter, and student worker coverage.
- Organize the audit roll process, training for campus partners, and serve as a point of contact for excess hours processing and student inquiries.
- Supervise components of the University grade reporting process including creating grade rosters, communicating deadlines to faculty and staff, and management of manual processes and tasks.
- Serve as a point of escalation for all registration and records inquiries including Academic Fresh Start, duplicate IDs, test credit, registration inquiries, and post census student record cleanup.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with some overtime
