Position Overview
The Survey Analyst (Hourly) will support Executive & Professional Learning on a sponsored workforce project with a corporate partner. This position is responsible for assisting with the design, administration, analysis, and reporting of an organizational survey focused on employee AI literacy, awareness, and adoption. The Survey Analyst will collaborate with internal project staff and external stakeholders to ensure survey data is collected, analyzed, and presented in a clear, actionable format that informs strategic workforce development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Education, Public Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline); or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience designing, administering, or analyzing surveys.
•Experience organizing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Knowledge of survey research principles and data collection methodologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to synthesize data into concise reports and executive-level summaries.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating with project stakeholders.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with Qualtrics or similar online survey platforms.
•Experience conducting workforce, organizational, or program evaluation research.
•Familiarity with AI literacy, workforce development, or organizational change initiatives.
•Experience preparing reports and presenting findings to leadership.
Required License/Registration/Certifications
Job Duties
Design and refine survey instruments in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Coordinate survey administration using the university's survey platform.
Monitor survey distribution and response rates.
Collect, clean, and organize survey data for analysis.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey results.
Develop reports, visualizations, and executive summaries of survey findings.
Identify trends, themes, and recommendations based on survey results.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure deliverables align with client objectives.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of survey data.
Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule
Part-time, hourly position. Schedule is flexible based on project needs and coordinated with the supervisor. Some meetings may occur during standard university business hours.
