Department Summary
The Registrar’s Office provides support services to faculty, staff, students and other constituents in the areas of academic programs and degree requirements, course scheduling, enrollment, degree verification, graduation, athletic eligibility and maintenance of student academic records, as well as handles state and federal reporting.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Assistant’s primary focus is to assist the Registrar’s Office customer service areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Office, especially excel. High School Diploma required or GED.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required:
- Customer Service experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn specific software.

Job Duties:
- Scans and links documents to Perceptive Content (imaging system) workflow for student record maintenance.
- Assists the front counter to process transcripts requests, meningitis vaccine requirements, and other transactions at the customer service counter.
- Completes special assignments, tasks and projects as directed.
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri up to 19 hours per week between 8a-5p
