Department Summary
The Division of Enrollment Management within the University of North Texas Health Science Center encompasses Admissions & Recruitment, Financial Aid and Student Records & Enrollment. This team assists students from the beginning of their academic journey through their degree completion at UNTHSC.
Position Overview
The Enrollment Services Associate within the Registrar and Student Records Office will support the overall processing from matriculation to graduation of one or more programs. This includes processing enrollments, records requests, record keeping, grade posting, while upholding FERPA privacy regulations. They will work with faculty, staff, and students to ensure that all processes are completed according to institutional policy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledgeable of and experience with PeopleSoft/EIS

Job Duties:
- Explaining policy and procedures to students and other constituents/customers in order to advise them of potential solutions to problems.
- Handles confidential information with tact, discretion and in compliance with FERPA regulations.
- Establish, monitor, maintain, and oversee both the imaged and physical records of students and alumni.
- Promotes and supports other offices by participating in various institutional functions as needed. (i.e. Orientation, Commencement, White Coat Ceremony, Discover MyHSC Day).
- Completes student degree audits and graduation processing.
- Coordinates enrollment changes with necessary offices such as student financials, financial aid, and the programs.
- Must work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders by practicing punctuality, respect for deadlines, collaborative problem solving, and honest communication.
- Will be called upon to exercise good judgment in making various decisions related to departmental functions.
- Initiates and processes the New Student Information Survey.
- Manages the meningitis vaccination records process.
- Assist students, faculty and staff with information requests within all areas of the University.
- Processes term enrollments and enrollment adjustments of new and continuing students.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a limited remote work option.
