Position Overview
The Senior Program Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting enrollment partnerships programs and projects. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks which may include program planning and development, transfer pathways, assisting in developing and conducting programs, collecting data, reporting, program marketing, and budget monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education, Psychology, Business, Data Science and four years' of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Knowledge of policies, practices, procedures and terminology of assigned function.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field and four years of professional related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Preferred candidates will have previous experience facilitating the work of others to implement programs or projects. Prior work in an educational setting also preferred.
Job Duties:
- Oversees and provides leadership in all aspects of assigned partnership program activities including planning, development, implementation, promotion/dissemination, communication design, and logistical support.
- Acts as the point of contact for stakeholders related to assigned programs/projects, cultivating and maintaining relationships to effectively implement partnership programs.
- Develops and implements project processes to meet objectives by ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations, providing accurate and timely reporting as well as comprehensive and integrated service delivery for participants through collaboration with relevant stakeholder and evaluating outcomes.
- Assists with applied research activities, program operations, reporting, proposal writing and the development and implementation of business plans, data collection and reports consistent with applicable program/university requirements.
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with appropriate stakeholders.
- Financial planning and budget allocation, research/grant/program development support. May include management of multiple accounts requiring fiscal reporting.
- Manage correspondence with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring timely responses, and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
