Position Overview
This position will be responsible for providing 1st tier application and system support for in person, online, and phone support. Support duties include but are not limited to: Microsoft Office/365 Suite of applications (both online and client installed), user account authentication, application installation and troubleshooting, workstation support, telephone and Teams communications support. This position will fulfill Tier 1 Service Request including, AD group administration, new workstation deployments, and software deployments and updates.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in related field and one year of related computing work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Provides IT helpdesk day to day operations.
* Provides high quality customer service when working with customers.
* Tracks all helpdesk activities through work tracking system, assesses helpdesk effectiveness and identifies and implements improvements.
* Maintains needed supplies at appropriate levels.
* Manages video conference room coordination.
* Assesses user software training needs through various measures.
* Provides accessible, basic training on fundamental application software multiple times a year.
* Provides accessible, advanced training on select IT equipment.
* Maintains up to date knowledge of appropriate user services trends.
Preferred Qualifications
* Help Desk experience.
* Microsoft Windows experience.
* Microsoft Office experience.
Required License/Registration/Certifications
Job Duties:
- 50% - * 1st Tier customer support (phone, email, online). - (Essential)
- 25% - * Workstation setup and configurations (laptops, desktops). - (Essential)
- 25% - * Knowledge base article review and creation. - (Essential)

Generally M-F, 8am-5pm
