Department Summary
The UNT Career Center is the centralized career office responsible for the career development and employment of all UNT students and alumni. It has responsibility for all Student Employment, Internships, and Post-Graduate Employment of UNT students.
Position Overview
This position will assist the Sr. Operations and Process Manager with assessment, marketing, and digital content. The position will assist with collecting, organizing, summarizing, and reporting data and other performance metrics for monthly and annual reports using written and visual formats to communicate a compelling story and to measure unit effectiveness toward achieving stated goals. The position will contribute to the Career Centers digital presence including content management for the website to ensure students, employers and other constituents have on demand access to engaging, timely, and accurate information, resources and tools. The position will assist with print and digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness about the programs, events, and initiatives available to students, alumni, and employer partners and promote engagement. May assist with the oversight of student employees who contribute to digital content and marketing campaigns. This position will perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field and one year of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to provide leadership for student employees and volunteers. Experience in networking across departments and programs. Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population. Strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication, and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in business analytics or a related field plus one year of related experience in higher education.

Job Duties:
