Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This position will be responsible for managing the TA shared inbox, assisting with I-9 compliance activities, supporting the processing of hires, and contributing to special projects to improve recruitment operations.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience providing administrative, clerical, or customer service support in an office environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic employment and onboarding processes, including Form I-9 compliance (or willingness to learn).
• Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Skill in written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally.
• Skill in organizing work, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze information for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required License/Registration/Certifications

 

Job Duties:

  • Monitor and manage the Talent Acquisition shared inbox, responding to inquiries or routing them to the appropriate team member in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Assist with Form I-9 compliance, including scheduling and tracking verifications, ensuring documentation is accurate, and following established procedures. 
  • Provide support with processing new hire transactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. 
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and follow-up on pre-boarding documentation and pre-employment requirements. 
  • Work on special projects assigned by supporting initiatives that improve recruitment processes, systems, and the overall candidate experience. 
  • Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with compliance and retention policies. 
  • Collaborate with TA team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals and priorities of the Talent Acquisition team.

Work Schedule:

This position is for 19 hours per week- Monday–Friday, with flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

This position is responsible for facilitating data accessibility, analyzing institutional cross-functional data and external benchmark and market data, and producing reports and visualizations to support compliance reporting, evidentiary data for assessment and accreditation purposes, strategic initiatives, ad hoc reports, and operational efficiencies. The BI Analyst develops reports and dashboards according to defined business specifications for publication to internal and public audiences, as appropriate. This position analyzes institutional data for patterns in the flow of students through the academic process and programs, as well as the resources that support student success. To maintain data integrity, accuracy, reproducibility, and usability, the BI Analyst documents data definitions, workflow processes, and standard operating procedures and utilizes various quality control methods spanning both traditional data pipelines and AI-generated outputs.

Senior Research Compliance Analyst

The Sr Research Compliance Analyst within the Research Integrity and Compliance unit is responsible for providing administrative support by reviewing and processing submissions for UNT's research compliance programs, specifically Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). This position provides initial reviews for submissions and conducting risk assessments for compliance components. Reviews complex applications, protocols, policies, and procedures as they relate to animal research and facilitates and provides guidance throughout the review process to UNT researchers. Assistant Professor

The Department of Physical Therapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth invites applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank in the residential Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, effective immediately. The primary focus of this position will be to contribute to the department’s teaching mission while supporting research within the residential DPT curriculum. Forensic Technologist - Missing Persons Unit
