The College of Applied & Collaborative Studies (CACS) prepares students to engage with a rapidly changing environment through partnership and innovation. Position Overview
This position provides mid-level administrative support to the College of Applied & Collaborative Studies (CACS) Advising Department. Duties include but are not limited to office management, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, supervising student assistants, and providing excellent customer service to students, campus partners, and external partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and three years' of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Knowledge of accounting/budgeting procedures.
* Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, to handle multiple tasks, and to coordinate the work of others.
* Ability to keep complex records, to assemble and organize data of complex nature, and to prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats.
* Ability to conceptualize, plan and organize multiple programs and assignments effectively.
* Ability to work on complex and confidential tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness.
* Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships.
* Knowledge of policies, practices, procedures and terminology of assigned function.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's and one (1) year of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Required License/Registration/Certifications
Job Duties:
- Office Management: Purchase office supplies Key management Supervise Advising student assistants Budget tracking Purchase name tags and business cards Space management coordinator for Sage Hall Asset inventory coordinator for Sage Hall.
- Advising Coordination: Advising staff purchasing (Pcard) Room Reservations Prepare daily schedule Plan advising events Run advising reports Dean's list certificates Travel coordinator Administrative support for the Advising team Oversee College email inbox.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors in person and via phone Sage Hall student support Set up student appointments Manage front desk staff.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend

Special Instructions:
Will have occasional travel to Frisco campuses. (Frisco Landing and Inspire Park)
