Position Overview
This position will be a part of a recruiting team that is tasked with helping to recruit and retain student-athletes that fit the University of North Texas athletic department and football program. This position will assist in all facets of the recruiting process, working directly with coaches and the recruiting team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in related sport; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA and conference rules and regulations.

Masters Degree
Previous Experience in Division 1 Recruiting
Required License/Registration/Certifications
Job Duties:
- Create film cutups of transfer portal prospects for coaches to evaluate
- Build rapport with high school coaches
- Oversee the transfer portal daily and communicate with Chief of Staff and coaches on activity
- Assist in film evaluation of prospective student athletes using XOS TC Scout as well as evaluate certain areas in the State of Texas
- Assist in all official and unofficial visits as well as any other recruiting events on campus
- Build relationships with prospective student athletes and assist in recruiting them to the University of North Texas
- Assist with summer camps as the main point of contact, insurance, athletic trainer.
- Assist coaches in organizing prospects they wish to evaluate.
- All other duties as assigned by Chief of Staff, Head Coach, members of the Executive Team and/or VP/Director of Athletics.
- Responsible for all projects in recruiting including but not limited to: prospect score reports, in-depth player bios on all potential prospects, etc.
