The Sr Research Compliance Analyst within the Research Integrity and Compliance unit is responsible for providing administrative support by reviewing and processing submissions for UNT's research compliance programs, specifically Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). This position provides initial reviews for submissions and conducting risk assessments for compliance components. Reviews complex applications, protocols, policies, and procedures as they relate to animal research and facilitates and provides guidance throughout the review process to UNT researchers. Plans and prepares for full board IACUC meetings and prepares and distributes post-meeting communications. Monitors and reconciles research projects with funding components, and assists with special projects as assigned.

* This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on all equipment associated with the production and distribution of chilled water to buildings on the UNT Denton campus. * This position also performs all other duties assigned, including decorative fountain repairs, building automation troubleshooting, and troubleshooting and/or repair of chilled water end-use devices (AHUs). * This position is also responsible for maintenance on DX units, walk-in coolers, and any related control devices. * The goal of this position is to provide livable/workable interior space for students, faculty, staff, and research. * Troubleshoots, maintains, repairs, and upgrades all equipment associated with HVAC for building on the UNT Denton Campuses. * Systems include but are not limited to chillers, pumps, cooling towers, DX systems, and a campus-wide chilled water distribution loop. * Inspects HVAC systems and their components (heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate, condition, and identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance. * Prepares written materials (repair status, activity logs, etc.) to document activities and/or convey information. * Recovers and recycles the refrigerants used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems as per EPA regulations. * Installs, maintains, repairs, and rectifies problems through the many mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including electrical motors, compressors, pumps, fans, ducts, pipes, thermostats, and switches which comprise heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems as per EPA regulations. * Keeps records of all refrigerants purchased and used as per EPA regulations. * Other duties as assigned. ** This position is considered to be essential personnel, and may require working overtime, which could include nights and weekends as needed.

This position is responsible for the supervision of clinical assessment and treatment of Speech-Language Pathology graduate student clinicians, in addition to the provision of direct assessment and treatment of clinical clients (during semester breaks and/or other times during the work week, as assigned when students are not present). Supervision of graduate student clinicians is performed autonomously, under the Clinical Directors general direction regarding established policies and procedures of the UNT clinic and programmatic expectations of student clinicians. The supervisor determines specific clinical objectives and treatment plans for each client and guides student clinicians towards achieving evidence-based standards of clinical practice. The supervisor is responsible for guiding and mentoring clinical students in their development of assessment and treatment abilities, clinical paperwork and reporting, and implementation of state of the art, evidence-based assessment and treatment practices. The supervisor independently plans and carries out clinical assignments, resolves conflicts, coordinates student activities and clinical expectations, and stays informed about clinical policy. The supervisor maintains close contact with, and keeps clinic director informed of programmatic progress, potential clinical issues, student issues, and other issues of relevance for the UNT Speech and Hearing Center.
