Position Overview
Responsible for the implementation and management of the program and related activities/events, and program assessment. This position will serve as the primary program liaison and coordinate programs involving recruitment, enrollment, advising/course planning, and other program needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field and one year of professional related experience in coordinating or administering higher education programming or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
BS degree and experience working with students in a university setting.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate and support of programs with focus on graduate program from recruitment to admission, and retention. Maintaining student/alumni records, assisting student registration, schedule, and tuition, coordinating with faculty advisor for degree plan, and assisting Graduate Committee for student admission, assisting with colloquium for graduate students, and etc.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with students, faculty, and staff.
- Conduct presentations, produce and publish marketing materials, create and provide reports.
- Monitor and review program to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and performances are of adequate quality. Interpret related university policies.
- Assisting with main office management, and other duties as assigned.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
