This is a nine-month tenure-track faculty appointment with the opportunity to serve in an administrative leadership role as Assistant Dean within the College of Education and Human Development, supporting the Dean in advancing the College's mission through strategic planning, academic administration, and faculty and student support. This academic leadership appointment is for an eleven-month term. The standard faculty teaching load in the College is four (4) courses per semester; the Assistant Dean assignment includes two (2) courses of reassigned time per semester, along with additional administrative compensation, in accordance with university payroll procedures.
